Open the property/unit, tap Start Inspection, choose Move-In or Move-Out, and follow the room checklist. You can add notes and photos per item.

GPS verifies where inspections and photos were taken, helping document that the event occurred onsite. Some features require location to be enabled.

You can capture notes and photos offline. Once you regain connectivity, the app will sync your data. GPS coordinates will attach when available.

There’s no strict limit per room, but for performance we recommend 3–10 photos that clearly show condition and detail shots for damages.

Before finalizing an inspection you can replace or remove photos. After submission, edits may be restricted to preserve the audit trail; managers can request changes if needed.

The app aligns rooms and items across inspections and shows side-by-side notes and photos, including timestamps and GPS where available, to help assess damages and deposit claims.

Managers can share a read-only summary or capture tenant acknowledgment on device. Settings determine whether tenant signatures are required.

Yes. From the inspection summary, choose Export PDF to generate a report with photos, notes, timestamps, and GPS metadata.

CAG Moveflow supports recent iOS and Android devices. Ensure the latest OS updates are installed and camera/location permissions are granted.
